Lou and his son did a marvellous job of building our extension. We asked him to build a 3m x 5m extension to the rear of the house; the roof was to be a lean to tile construction with a pair of Velux windows and large French doors to the rear.
Lou did the foundations, brickwork and general building and hired expert roofers, members of the federation of master roofers, qualified electricians and a plasterer who too did a great job. The building looks fabulous matching the original brick and mortar. The house is a new build but we needed a little extra space and what we had built really works.
Lou was able and willing to give suggestions throughout the build where he thought we could improve on our idea.
The quote given to us is what we paid and the only extras we paid for was for a new patio to be laid.

I have been very impressed with LEP Construction who carried out various jobs around the house and garden. Lou arrived very promptly to view the job and came back with a reasonable quote which I accepted. He programmed the job in two weeks time whichwas fine for me although there was one job which was very urgent. Lou, though very busy, went out of his way to complete this job for me straight away. He then completed the rest of the work as scheduled very efficiently and quickly. He kept me in touch regularly with his progress which was reassuring for me as I was not in the country when he carried out the work. Competitive quote. Turned up when they said they would. Took as long as they said they would. Cost as much as they said it would. Good communication before and during job.

When I use a new builder I am always aprehensive. Having worked in the roofing trade for 10 years I know how horribly wrong it can go. Not with Lou and Luke; they were polite, tidy and hard working. They have turned my garden shed into a fab office and I am really pleased with the end result.

I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were even nice to my dog Honey who tried to savage them on a few occassions!
